We are seeking compassionate and dedicated *Registered midwives Band 6* to join our healthcare team in Gloucester. Due to the nature of our roles, candidates *must be a UK Resident *residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. *Key Benefits we offer are*: ● Flexibility, you can choose to work part time, weekdays, weekends, whenever suites your availability. ● We offer *£25/hour* Monday to Friday, *£30/hour* Saturday and Nights, *£35/hour* Sundays and Bank Holidays. ● Weekly pay *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments. * Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. * Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques. * Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their wellbeing.
