The Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with students
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Assist students with additional learning needs where required
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing and progress of pupils
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
