Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing domiciliary care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client\’s condition
Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SAME DAYS EACH WEEKRequirements:

Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Care Certificate or willingness to obtain one
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care
