A leading food logistics company is seeking the services of two passionate and driven Customer Liaison Assistants to join its busy team at its new Customer Fulfilment Centre in Greenford. The Role To provide an excellent customer service in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a highly customer focused environment, managing calls, emails, and administrative tasks. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis but there is potential to become permanent after a 3 month probation period. Changeable start times from 5AM Key Responsibilities Managing calls and emails on a day to day basis. Resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner. Managing customer accounts, taking personal information and updating any changes. To ensure all Personnel procedures.Key Requirements MUST have previous customer service and administration experience.
