We are currently recruiting for a Registered Domiciliary Manager who oversees the delivery of home care services, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality support tailored to their needs.

- Managing staff

The role also involves overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff, as well as ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the service.
Business Development: Promote and grow the business by building relationships with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. This may also involve responding to inquiries, preparing care proposals, and ensuring services are fully utilized.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
