We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing domiciliary care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
- Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals
- Some early mornings (7am) and evenings (22.00 latest)
Requirements:
- Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
