We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the daily operations of our childcare centre. The Deputy Nursery Manager will assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring high standards of care, safety, and educational quality are maintained at all times.
Duties- Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily nursery operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Supervise nursery staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality childcare.
- Foster effective communication with parents and carers regarding children's progress and nursery activities.
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
