About the Role:

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will help with daily tasks such as:

  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Helping with medication reminders
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of clients in their own homes

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have a full driving licence and access to your own car for commuting between clients
  • A caring and compassionate attitude with a desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Previous care experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Relevant Mandatory training
