About the Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will help with daily tasks such as:
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
- Helping with medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of clients in their own homes
What We're Looking For:
- Must have a full driving licence and access to your own car for commuting between clients
- A caring and compassionate attitude with a desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Previous care experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Enhanced DBS Check
- Relevant Mandatory training
