This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing home care business in Northampton at the very beginning of its journey. We're looking for an experienced, driven Registered Manager to work closely with the Director to help build and shape a high-quality care service from the ground up. This isn't a role where everything is already in place - it's a role for someone who thrives on building something they can be proud of. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred home care services across Northampton
- Complete the CQC registration process and maintain full ongoing compliance
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practice frameworks
- Work alongside the Director to grow the business and recruit a strong care team
- Onboard, mentor, and manage care staff as the team develops
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and external professionals
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and meet all regulatory requirements
About You
You are professional, friendly, and approachable - and you're genuinely passionate about making a difference through the care you and your team deliver. You will have:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it)
- Experience in a senior care management role, ideally within domiciliary or home care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and the registration process
- The ability to lead, inspire, and build a team from scratch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and a real drive to build something exceptional
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
