They are now seeking a senior operational leader to strengthen dayâtoâday service efficiency, develop robust systems and governance, and support the organisation through its next stage of development.
Role Overview
The Clinic Manager will take responsibility for overseeing the full operational framework of the service, ensuring that clinical teams are supported by effective processes, wellâcoordinated administrative functions, and compliant systems. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape service delivery, enhance operational performance, and introduce scalable ways of working suitable for a fastâgrowing healthcare environment.

- Operational Management

- Ensure operational practices meet regulatory, safeguarding, and clinical governance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with clinical leaders to support quality audits, documentation standards, and service improvement projects.
- Maintain oversight of operational risk, compliance, and service quality.
- Performance & Commercial Insight
- Monitor key operational indicators such as utilisation, capacity, throughput, and service efficiency.
- Recommend changes to improve productivity, costâeffectiveness, and service quality.
- Contribute to planning cycles, forecasting, and operational budgeting.
- Strategic & Organisational Development
- Support senior leadership with growth planning, workforce planning, and longâterm operational strategy.
- Implement infrastructure, systems, and processes required for national scale.

About You
Essential Background
- Senior experience within healthcare operations or practice management.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of service performance, operational processes, and workflow optimisation.
- Experience working within a regulated healthcare environment.
