We’re recruiting a Care Coordinator for our client based in Hoddesdon, supporting the day-to-day coordination of a domiciliary care service. This role suits someone who understands care delivery, enjoys organisation, and can stay calm when plans change.
The role: You’ll support the smooth running of care packages by:
- Coordinating carers and rotas
- Managing short-notice cover and run-outs when required
