An established and growing fertility organisation is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Medical Director & Person Responsible (PR) to provide clinical leadership and ensure full regulatory compliance across its licensed services.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight, clinical governance, and statutory responsibility within a regulated fertility setting.
The Role
- Lead all clinical aspects of the service, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice.
- As the appointed Person Responsible (PR), hold accountability for compliance with all relevant legislation governing fertility services, including licensed activities involving gametes and embryos.
- Work closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement, oversee clinical governance frameworks, and ensure the organisation remains inspection-ready at all times.
