Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Trainee Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for someone who wants to build their skills in warehouse operations, IT hardware handling, and logistics within a supportive, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on tasks such as testing, picking, packing, and shipping of IT equipment.
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely dispatch of goods.
- Communicate effectively with the Dispatch Lead regarding any order or process issues.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, product quality issues, or shipment errors.
- Monitor outbound inventory levels and escalate low stock to the Dispatch Lead.
- Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Follow company testing protocols and raise any concerns with the Dispatch Lead.
- Work efficiently to meet KPIs while maintaining quality standards.
- Report concerns or suggestions to the Dispatch Lead or Directors to foster a positive team environment.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety policies at all times.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or technical environment is desirable but not essential.
