The Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Production Technician to join a busy and growing manufacturing site based in Chadderton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and previous experience in a production or machine operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of production machinery including cutting, heat seaming, perforating, slitting, and stitching equipment.
- Assembly work could be involved with a variety of different duties.
- Pack, label, and store finished goods safely and accurately.
- Input production data and produce labels using computer systems.
- Inspect and quality-check products, isolating any non-conforming items.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in line with Health & Safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and shift teams.
- Follow company processes and report any hazards or faults immediately.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and timekeeping.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
Benefits:
- 25 days annual leave + your birthday off after 12 months’ service.

Shifts & Breaks:
