Production Operatives Bolton BL1 Temporary ongoing Pay: £12.21 to £15.87 per hour Shifts: * Days. Monday to Thursday. 6am to 6pm * Nights. Monday to Thursday. 6pm to 6am * Training. Monday to Friday. 7.30am to 4.30pm. Friday finish 1.30pm The role: Work in a modern production site with clean processes and lightweight materials. You assemble small components, inspect quality, punch and bend parts, and keep output on target. Your duties: * Complete repetitive line work with focus and pace * Inspect products and correct minor defects * Operate production machinery safely * Keep your area clean and organised * Hit performance and safety targets every shift Who fits this role: * At least 6 months production or factory experience preferred * Clear communication skills * Strong focus and stamina for fast-paced work * Reliable attendance and teamwork * Comfortable working to targets Important: We appreciate all applications; however, only candidates with relevant production/factory experience will be progressed.
