Recruitment Consultant – Sales, Recruitment & Account Management Location: Oldham Salary: £28K-£34K, DOE Job Type: Full-time/Permanent Hours: Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Flexible: 7.30am to 4pm, 8am to 4.30pm, 8.30 am to 5pm Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who loves winning business and building relationships? We’re looking for a passionate, driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who knows the recruitment industry, understands that great relationships are at the heart of success, and isn’t afraid to get out there and make things happen. We’re looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude. Someone who will pick up the phone, make the cold call, walk through the door of a local business and introduce themselves, build a relationship from scratch and ultimately win new business. What will you be doing? You’ll play an important role in growing our client base and developing long-term relationships with businesses. Your role will include: > Building strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. > Identifying and winning new business opportunities. > Making outbound calls and confidently introducing our recruitment services. > Developing new business through networking, referrals, research and face-to-face meetings. > Being proactive and getting out into the local business community to generate opportunities. > Visiting prospective clients and, when appropriate, taking a proactive approach to winning their business. > Understanding clients' recruitment needs and providing the right solutions. > Managing your own pipeline and working towards agreed targets. > Working closely with the wider recruitment team to deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates. > Sharing ideas and helping us develop new ways of growing the business. > Acting as a strong advocate for our company, our clients and the candidates we represent. What are we looking for? Ideally, you'll already have experience within the recruitment industry and understand what it takes to succeed in a competitive market.
