Transport Industry – Manchester Area
We are currently looking for an Admin / Customer Service Assistant to join our busy transport office based near the M40 postcode.
Candidates must have prior experience working in an office-based environment. Applications without this experience cannot be considered.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary, long-term (with potential to become permanent)
The Role:
This is a varied office-based role supporting both administration and customer service functions. Duties will include:
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- General administration and data entry
- Updating records and documentation
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for day-to-day tasks
