Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch)

Location: This position is currently based in Oldham but will be relocating to Bredbury later in the year. You must therefore be able to travel to the Bredbury location once the relocation takes place. Due to the location and limited public transport options, you will be required to have your own transport.

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work for our client based in Oldham. The successful candidate will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the business. This role requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries from customers and suppliers via email and telephone
  • Process orders updating and maintaining internal systems
  • Generate paperwork for production planning
  • Liaise with the production team on order progression to inform and update customers
  • Organise and schedule meetings, visits, and appointments
  • Welcome and book visitors on to site
  • Proactively support Company safety initiatives improving health and safety in the working environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience of building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
