Sure Staffing is currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading food production facility based in the Driffield area. Our client is a well-established pea processing factory, operating in a fast-paced and efficient environment that values safety and quality.
Salary: £12.71 per hour (Days) | £13.21 per hour (Nights)
Location: Driffield, YO25
Job Type: Ongoing
Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday or Friday to Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Days) or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating counterbalance forklifts to transport produce and materials across the site
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Supporting production and dispatch operations
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to work in a chilled or outdoor environment
- Flexibility with shift patterns
