Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safe delivery of energy, heating, and compliance projects across multiple sites, ensuring all work meets Sureserve's high standards for quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and workflow management.
- Uphold energy compliance standards and ensure all activities are carried out according to legal, company, and industry regulations, including Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH requirements.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, residents, and internal teams, providing timely updates and managing expectations to ensure a positive project experience for all stakeholders.
- Oversee site logistics, project documentation, and reporting, ensuring accurate records are kept both electronically and manually.
- Deliver on Sureserve's mission to decarbonise homes, drive energy savings, and promote sustainable best practice on-site.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the energy, compliance, social housing, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of multi-site and/or large-scale energy or heating projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate site teams and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Health & Safety and compliance regulations relevant to energy and construction delivery.
- Competent IT skills with the ability to manage reporting systems and project documentation.
- IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- CSCS Card.
- A full valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
- Ability to work flexibly including potential out-of-hours support.
