- HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding.
- Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in‑class service.
- Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system.
- Participating in manufacturer and in‑house training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
- Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times. The role may include some working away from home for short periods.
- The successful candidate will have
- A friendly and professional attitude, you will build strong relationships with our clients and their tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards.
- Full UK Driving License (essential).
- NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating.
- NVQ L3 Plumbing & Heating desired.
- Previous plumbing and/or heating experience.
- Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding would be desirable.
- A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
