Role Overview
To be responsible for managing engineer resources across the installs team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of the field-based install team including toolbox talks, training & mentoring, performance management, absence management.
- Point of contact for engineers / surveyors / QA over problems and issues on site.
- First escalation point for tenant issues and complaints.
- Rectifying issues with surveys and carrying out surveys when required.
- Liaising with admin team over planning and materials.
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers over materials and deliveries.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships including sending surveys, day-to-day contact resolving any problems or concerns, technical advice and customer care.
- Providing technical support to engineers and office.
- Attending client meetings when required.
- Assist the install managers where required on both WIP and post-inspection of jobs including handover for completed jobs.
- Assist with desktop audits on installations and invoice processing for sub-contractors.
- Point of contact for accounts admin when processing job costing and sending referrals to clients.
