Salary: £42,000- £48,000 per annum
Location: Coversall EX, TQ, TA and occasional DT areas
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40
Working pattern: Monday to Friday with on-call requirements
Holiday entitlement: 20 + Bank Holidays (increases with service)

About the role
Responsible for ensuring heating and hot water systems are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, helping customers stay comfortable in their homes. You'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, carry out planned maintenance, and provide a high standard of workmanship while delivering excellent customer service at every visit.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region
- Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
- Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually
What we're looking for:
- Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
- Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
- A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
