Responsibilities
To drive the role forward, the individual will provide an efficient, professional support service to customers enquiring about purchasing, products and services sold by Sure, including Mobile and Residential services. The role involves managing a customer waiting list so all customers are seen by a member of the sales or support team, in addition to ensuring all customers have a clear understanding of how long they may have to wait to be seen. This role requires a confident individual who is able to greet all customers with a friendly and warm demeanour.
