This hands-on role offers ownership from day one, with full training and a clear pathway to underwriting.

Based in Bromley with a hybrid arrangement (3 days in office, 2 from home), you will manage caseloads, validate client data, and support underwriting, finance, and senior stakeholders through busy periods.
