We are seeking an experienced AWS Partner Sales Manager to lead and grow relationships with System Integrator (SI) partners across the UK. The role combines strategic leadership, pipeline development, and partner engagement to accelerate revenue and strengthen joint go-to-market initiatives with AWS.

This is a player–coach role, with responsibility for a personal quota, leading a small team of PSMs, and acting as the primary partner-facing executive with AWS and SI stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep AWS expertise, an established partner network, and the credibility to influence at senior levels.

Partner Engagement & Pipeline Growth
  • Manage and develop strategic SI partner relationships across consultancy, cloud services, and marketplace lines of business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for AWS commercial and partner teams within the region.
  • Leverage an existing AWS and partner network to drive joint opportunities, co-selling activity, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Provide input to AWS go-to-market strategy in collaboration with partner stakeholders.
  • Represent the organisation confidently at industry events, partner forums, and executive meetings.
  • Support partners at all stages of their AWS journey, from onboarding to advanced tier status.
  • Understand and utilise AWS funding programmes, professional services, and managed services opportunities.
  • Set clear expectations for performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Build a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own sales performance, revenue delivery, and forecasting for assigned partner accounts.
  • Drive new partner acquisition and expand strategic existing accounts.
  • Ensure consistent sales methodology and execution across markets.
  • Use market intelligence and customer insight to influence service development and positioning.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships with partners and customers.

Proven experience managing AWS partners, ideally System Integrators, within the UK & Europe. Deep knowledge of AWS services, partner programmes, and funding mechanisms. Established relationships and credibility within the AWS ecosystem. Strong track record of sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing partner sales teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
