Due to global success, our client has made multiple acquisitions, and as such are looking to streamline and integrate all employee data into a standardised global process. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst/Project Manager to lead a short-term project focused on reviewing and analysing employee data across our client’s global footprint. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR teams worldwide to consolidate and create a comprehensive company structure, streamline HR processes, and provide actionable insights on HR KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global HR teams to research and analyse employee data from multiple sources. Develop a detailed company structure, including hierarchy, business units, down to reporting lines. Assess current HR methodologies and reporting practices. Analyse and consolidate existing HR KPIs, (e.g. staff retention) and evaluate their sources, calculation methods, and tracking mechanisms Ensure compliance with HR best practices while considering global and cultural variations Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable data reports to key stakeholders Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure project alignment and success Key Qualifications: Proven experience in HR analysis and project management, ideally with global data sources Strong knowledge of HR best practices, HR processes, data and organisational structures Knowledge of HRIS systems generally Experience working with large-scale data sets and generating insightful reports Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools such as Excel and HRIS platforms Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments Exceptional communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage short-term, high-impact projects within tight deadlines Desirable Skills: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
