- Provide input to AWS go-to-market strategy in collaboration with partner stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation confidently at industry events, partner forums, and executive meetings.
- Support partners at all stages of their AWS journey, from onboarding to advanced tier status.
- Understand and utilise AWS funding programmes, professional services, and managed services opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development

- Set clear expectations for performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Support team members on complex, high-value, or strategic opportunities.
- Build a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Revenue & Strategic Delivery
- Own sales performance, revenue delivery, and forecasting for assigned partner accounts.
- Drive new partner acquisition and expand strategic existing accounts.
- Ensure consistent sales methodology and execution across markets.
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
