ICT Support Analyst
Location: City of London
On-Site (5 days per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

Our client, a best-in-class globally recognised strategic advisory firm, is seeking a talented ICT Support Analyst to join their growing technology team.
Reporting to the SD Technical Lead, you will provide on-site, phone, email, and face-to-face support while working closely with the wider global ICT team to support users across multiple international offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT Support professional looking to develop their technical skillset within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
This position requires some participation in an on-call rota, including occasional weekend coverage and work outside normal business hours. All approved overtime will be compensated in line with company policy.
- Act as a first point of contact between the business and the ICT Helpdesk, delivering high-quality technical support.
- Provide initial triage and support for requests submitted through the ITSM platform, email, and phone.
- Administer and support O365 and Active Directory systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues across Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage software installations, hardware deployments, and user access requests.
- Strong experience in administering, supporting, and deploying Windows 11 and MacOS systems.
- Skilled in O365 application support, including the complete Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Experienced in supporting Apple devices (iPhones / iPads) using corporate MDM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows AutoPilot deployments.
- Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies.
- Knowledgeable about multi-factor authentication principles and implementation.
- Familiar with JAMF for Apple device management.
- Capable of supporting printers, scanners, and office peripherals.
- ITIL knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
Professional and confident manner, both in person and over the phone.
