We are seeking an experienced Bid Consultant/ Specialist to assist in the preparation of a business case/tender submission to secure additional transport services for a school. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing bid writer to strengthen and streamline the proposal, ensuring it aligns with procurement requirements and delivers a compelling case for expanded transport provision.
