- Support internal communications and engagement campaigns that build awareness and confidence in AI.
- Travel to different offices or locations where required to deliver training and support implementation.
- Assess Emerging Tools and Capabilities
- Research and test new AI products, features and platforms.
- Evaluate tools through practical experimentation and real-world use cases.
- Assess potential value, limitations, risks and implementation considerations.
- Gather structured feedback from users and translate it into actionable insights.

- Maintain a strong understanding of developments in generative AI and consider how emerging capabilities may be relevant to the organisation.
About You
You are curious about both technology and people.
You enjoy understanding how work is done, identifying where technology can make a meaningful difference, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
You will be comfortable working in an evolving environment where the right answer is not always obvious.
You can move easily between strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and practical, hands-on support for individual users.
