Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£45,000 - with up to Β£90,000 OTE

Location: London (2 days in the office)

The Role

As an Account Executive focused on the SMB segment, you will support high-growth, technically complex businesses as they adopt and expand their use of cloud platforms. This role is centred on new business acquisition and account development, acting as a key driver of revenue growth through identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning our consulting services as a strategic partner to our customers.

You will work closely with a leading public cloud provider and internal technical teams to help customers maximise value from their cloud investment and accelerate their growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new customer opportunities within the SMB market
  • Build and develop relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Work closely with strategic cloud partners to drive joint opportunities and shared success
  • Educate prospects and customers on cloud services, benefits, and best-practice adoption
  • Design and propose tailored cloud strategies that support scalability, agility, and long-term growth
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive effective client engagement
  • Stay informed on market trends, cloud developments, and competitor offerings
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales capability through training and self-learning
  • Share customer insights and feedback to support ongoing refinement of messaging and value propositions

  • Experience in new logo acquisition and cross-selling within a services-led environment
