Location - Near Milton Keynes
Pay - £14.89 to £29.79 per hour including holiday pay plus great benefits & overtime
Shifts - AM and PM Primarily Monday to Friday with some weekend availability.
Role Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Operative, where you'll play a vital role in our daily operations! Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trailers
- Accurately picking orders
- Utilising hand scanners to manage stock
This position calls for a commitment to physical fitness, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on safety in a dynamic environment.
Pay and Shifts:
- Most are Monday to Friday
- Shifts - Day and night shifts available
- Basic Pay: £14.89 (6 AM - 7 PM)
- Twilight Pay: £16.50 (7 PM - 10 PM)
- Night Pay: £16.83 (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Overtime after 39 hours: £22.35/hour
- Generous pay for bank holidays and Sundays: £29.79/hour
Requirements: To ensure a smooth induction process, candidates should have a good understanding of English for a 2-hour Health & Safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers
- Utilise hand scanners for precise order processing
- Sort and store goods with care
- Prepare pallets for dispatch
