Are you an experienced fertility nurse or midwife looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a large IVF clinic based in Manchester, is looking for a Fertility Nurse to join their team.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised care for patients across the full fertility treatment pathway.
  • Use your expertise in treatment cycles, stimulation protocols, and medication management — including adjusting dosages where clinically appropriate.
  • Work autonomously and confidently, making independent clinical decisions to support safe and effective treatment.
  • Perform advanced clinical procedures including ultrasound follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and sedation support.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, helping shape the next generation of fertility professionals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least 3 years' post-registration experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fertility or women's health, including endo, early pregnancy scans and diagnostic stands.
  • Skilled in follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and patient-focused fertility care.
  • Confident in autonomous practice, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A calm, empathetic communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team.
