Are you an experienced Operations Director looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a large IVF provider, is looking for Operations Directors to join their teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will run a highly efficient operation managing the P&L, ensuring the end-to-end process is effective, being aware of and tracking critical activities to ensure consistent delivery, embracing best practice, and searching for improvement.
  • You will set your clinic up to deliver outstanding outcomes at every stage of the journey from first contact, to recommendations and into treatment.
  • You will build a highly customer-centric culture leading from the front, engaging with colleagues and customers, being seen as the face of the clinic.
  • You will ensure that your teams have the space to be brilliant, actively managing performance to address gaps.

We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced Operations Director within Fertility Services or Private Healthcare.
  • Uses data to identify causes and areas of focus, track improvement and provide quantitative data for business cases.
  • Open and effective communication style up and down stream.
  • Supports the company vision and strategic objectives, exhibiting behaviours related to values.
