We are seeking a caring and proactive Playground and Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Surbiton High Boys Preparatory School. This is a rewarding role where you will help create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for pupils during their break and lunchtime.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise pupils during lunch and play, encouraging healthy eating and good table manners.
- Support younger children with opening packaging and cutting food.
- Lead fun and engaging playground games to ensure every child feels included.
- Monitor safety and wellbeing, responding promptly to accidents or illness.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining and play area.
- Work closely with staff to support pupils’ pastoral needs.
