We are seeking a caring and proactive Playground and Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Surbiton High Boys Preparatory School. This is a rewarding role where you will help create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for pupils during their break and lunchtime.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise pupils during lunch and play, encouraging healthy eating and good table manners.
  • Support younger children with opening packaging and cutting food.
  • Lead fun and engaging playground games to ensure every child feels included.
  • Monitor safety and wellbeing, responding promptly to accidents or illness.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining and play area.
  • Work closely with staff to support pupils’ pastoral needs.
