What you'll do:
- Deliver careers guidance interviews to students in Years 9, 11 and 12, providing tailored support and advice.
- Support the planning and delivery of the Careers Programme, ensuring alignment with Gatsby Benchmarks and United Learning requirements.
- Manage and update careers systems (e.g. Morrisby, iSAMs, CPOMS) and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with careers events, trips, and activities, including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Provide administrative support for key programmes such as Work Experience, Morrisby testing, and Activity Week.
- Maintain and develop the Careers Library and resources, including labour market information.
- Support targeted groups of students, including those with SEN or EHCPs.
- Contribute to the development of the Key Stage 3 careers provision.
Experience in careers guidance, education, or work experience coordination (desirable).
A qualification in Careers Guidance (or willingness to work towards one).
Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their goals.
