Registered Veterinary Nurse (Student Considered) – Independent Practice – Easingwold
Location: Easingwold, North Yorkshire
Hours: Full-time (4.5 day working week with a 4-day week every 5 weeks)
Weekends: Participation in the nurse duty rota and out-of-hours rotation
Salary: Competitive £27,000 - £30,000
About the Role
We’re working with a leading, family-run independent veterinary practice in Easingwold seeking a motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their experienced and supportive team. Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs) will also be considered.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a large, well-established mixed practice offering 24-hour care for small animals, farm animals, and equine patients. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative nursing team where CPD and career progression are actively encouraged.
The role includes assisting with surgical procedures, delivering inpatient care, supporting client education, and playing a key role in maintaining high clinical standards across the practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse (or Student Veterinary Nurse)
- Confident and compassionate approach to patient and client care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in the nurse OOH rota
