About the Practice
The practice is an established small animal service in Luton with more than 16 years of experience, supported by a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team. The clinical team includes four Veterinary Surgeons, five RVNs, two Student Veterinary Nurses and two Veterinary Care Assistants, alongside an experienced Practice Manager and Reception team. The practice is RCVS accredited at General Practice level and provides a well-equipped environment for both medical and surgical cases.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality first-opinion veterinary care.
- Conduct 20-minute consultations across a varied small animal caseload.
- Diagnose and manage medical and surgical cases.
- Undertake routine surgical procedures appropriate to experience.
- Work collaboratively with experienced Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide clear clinical advice.
- Maintain high standards of patient welfare and clinical care.
- Participate in clinical discussions and case development.
