About the Role
We are representing an independent small animal practice in Halesowen that is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and friendly team. This role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours, and optional out-of-hours cover for those who wish to be involved.
The practice provides a wide range of services, with expertly trained surgeons and nurses supporting small animal cases. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality clinical care and continuity for clients and their pets.
Key Services Include
- Surgical procedures with general anaesthetic
- Pre-operative blood tests and post-operative x-rays
- One night hospitalisation (as required)
- Full post-op packages including 14 days’ medication and 2 follow-up check-ups
About You
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident with routine small animal surgeries and consultations
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Team player with a compassionate, pet-first approach
- Flexible to work either full-time or part-time
