The Roleof Tax Senior
As a Tax Senior, you will manage your own portfolio while contributing to both compliance and advisory engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors.
- Preparing and reviewingcorporation tax returns and personal tax returns,P11Dsetc.
- Delivering a mix oftax compliance and advisoryassignments.
- Participating in Tax Planning, EstatePlanningand otherspecialisedservices depending on experience
- Providing guidance on tax planning matters such as restructuring, remuneration planning, CGT, and business tax issues.
- Liaising directly with clients and HMRC, resolving queries efficiently.
- Reviewing work from junior members and supporting their development.
- Ensuring deadlines, compliance standards, and quality requirements are met.
About You
We’reseeking a confident tax professional with strong technicalexpertiseand a proactive approach to join this wonderful practice in Leicester.
Essential requirements:
- Fully qualified(CTA, ACA, ACCA)
- Minimum of 4years’UK practice experiencein a dedicated tax role.
- Strong technical knowledge of bothcorporate tax and personal tax.
- Knowledge/experience of Personal Tax Planning and Estate Planningdesired.
- Experience delivering both compliance and advisory work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strongorganisationalskills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
