A veterinary practice is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its supportive small animal team in Boston, Lincolnshire.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours across three days per week, offering a salary of £53,000 per year DOE.
The role combines consultations and surgery, providing a varied first-opinion caseload while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. Weekend commitments are limited to a Saturday morning rota, currently 1 in 3.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified MRCVS with a commitment to delivering high standards of clinical and client care.
You should be comfortable managing a varied first-opinion caseload across consultations and routine surgery and enjoy working collaboratively as part of an experienced team.
Strong communication and client relationship skills are important, alongside a proactive approach to professional development.
