Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 3 years external agency recruitment experience? We are a growing recruitment company based in Harrogate and working exclusively with clients. Due to expansion we are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our USA West Coast team. You will be working an established desk with a large amount of active jobs and a large database of candidates.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday - Thursday
- 4 Day Week
- Hours: 1pm - 10pm
SALARY / BENEFITS
- First year on target earning £45-£75k
- Uncapped commission
- Company trips to the United States of America
- Team events (Quarterly Team Lunches Fully Paid)
- Promotion is based on production and we have clear paths to become Manager level within 12 months.

Salary is a basic salary with commission on everything billed with salary increasing on hitting realistic targets.
LOCATION
We are located just off Leeds Road in Harrogate within 5 minute walk from both Train and Bus routes. There is also on site free parking within a couple of minutes from shops and cafes
ABOUT US
We are an independently owned specialist recruitment agency working within Accountancy and Veterinary sectors. We value all of our team members and promote a friendly working environment. We are a casual dressed office with no uniform or dress code.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
This position is for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3 years external recruitment experience.
