An opportunity has become available for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a welcoming, independent practice with a strong reputation for client care and clinical excellence. This is an exciting chance to become a key member of a supportive and close-knit team.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will work a 38.5-hour week consisting of:
- 2 long days
- 2 half days
- 1 early finish (5pm)
- Weekends: 1 in 7 weekend rota
- Saturday: Morning and evening surgeries
- Sunday: Morning surgery and on-call until 6pm
Duties Include:
- In-patient care and monitoring
- Anaesthetic monitoring
- Laboratory work
- Nurse consults
- Front-of-house/reception support
You’ll be joining a friendly and experienced team made up of:
- 4 RVNs (including a clinical coach)
- 4 Vets
- A fantastic reception team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse
- A strong passion for animal care and client service
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment
