Working Hours: Monday to Friday 13.54 per hour AND weekly pay
Location: Chertsey, Surrey
Role Summary: To carry out grounds maintenance and general manual labour duties to ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming.
- Digging and preparing ground for planting, landscaping, drainage, and maintenance works.
- Planting, watering, and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Litter picking and keeping outdoor areas clean.
- Assisting with fencing, paving, and minor repairs.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
- Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance machinery and hand tools safely.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a team and completing tasks to a high standard.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or manual labour is desirable but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Able to use hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
