We are seeking a reliable and diligent Temporary Warehouse Operative to join our team for an immediate assignment running from now until January. This role supports our client's fast-paced distribution and logistics operations, offering competitive weekly pay and varied responsibilities.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
  • Payment Terms: Paid weekly via the agency payroll.
  • Contract Duration: Temporary Assignment (Immediate start through to January)
  • Location: Client site based in the Stanwell North area (TW19)
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 15:00 PM
  • Availability Requirement: Weekend availability is a possibility and successful applicants must be prepared to work weekends as operational demand dictates.

Core Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be cross-trained and deployed across various areas of the warehouse operation, ensuring flexible support for high-volume handling, processing, and distribution tasks.
  • Logistics and Materials Handling: Efficiently assisting with the loading and unloading of goods and delivery vehicles, utilising safe manual handling techniques.
  • Order Fulfilment: Accurately performing manual picking and packing duties for customer and client orders, maintaining output targets.
  • Production/Processing Support: Operating within a production line setting to prepare items for dispatch (e.g., assembly, sorting, and primary processing of stock).
  • Inventory & Site Maintenance: Assisting with general stock movement, maintaining location tidiness, and ensuring high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse environment.
