Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced FLT Clamp Driver to join our night shift team. The successful candidate will safely operate a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachments, moving materials efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a counterbalance FLT with clamp attachments safely.
  • Load, unload, transport, and stack materials across the site.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
  • Support the operations team in meeting daily targets.

Requirements

Essential

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
  • Experience operating a clamp truck.
  • Previous warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Desirable

  • Recycling or waste management experience.
  • Flexible to work additional shifts when required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 4:00 am 1-hour unpaid break

Pay

£13.75 per hour. Additional £95 (subject to tax) for working a sixth day.
