Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced production team? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our growing manufacturing operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will need to be capable of lifting to 25kg and able to read, write and understand English as you will be weighing/measuring ingredients from a recipe card, and assisting with batching out finished products.
- Operate and clean production machinery and hand tools.
- Monitor the production/assembly line to ensure smooth running.
- Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues.
- Store goods and raw materials safely - forklift duties may be involved (if licensed).
- Report any machinery faults or production problems to Supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health & safety and company production procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Flexibility to work beyond 14:00 when required.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is an advantage.
