We are looking for an organised and reliable Warehouse & Delivery Driver Administrator to support the day-to-day warehouse and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support delivery drivers throughout their shifts.
- Manage driver paperwork, delivery documents and PODs.
- Carry out driver debriefing when drivers return from deliveries.
- Monitor delivery progress and update company systems.
- Deal with driver queries and assist with delivery issues.
- Provide system training and support to new and existing drivers.
- Complete general warehouse administration and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report any delivery, vehicle or driver issues to management.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using computers and company systems.
- Previous warehouse, transport or administration experience is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
