Shift Pattern: 4-on / 4-off rotation (07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00)
Base Salary: Β£28,828.00
Day Shift Allowance: Β£3,000.00
Night Shift Allowance: Β£5,000.00
Core Purpose
To provide comprehensive logistics and administrative support for on-site operations, specifically focusing on the documentation and global distribution of aircraft components.
Primary Responsibilities
- Export Documentation: Generate and validate shipping documentation for international distribution and export of spares.
- Systems Management: Maintain and update various operating systems, including TE2 SAP and CSP.
- Courier Coordination: Execute shipment processing through carrier-specific platforms including FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and ID-databases.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee operational dashboards and email communications to ensure urgent shipments (AOG, WSP, USR, RTN) meet strict Customer KPIs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data uploads and facilitate the arrival of collecting agents.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with supervisors to manage daily priorities and maintain operational continuity across all shifts.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of two years within an Export or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Education: Strong proficiency in Mathematics and English; knowledge of Geography or Accountancy is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook) and general PC applications.
- Specialized Training: Previous experience with Hazardous Materials (Haz-Mat) is highly desirable.
- Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work proactively and adhere to rigorous operational deadlines.
